De Blacam and Meagher Architects

Deanery Furniture have been working together with de Blacam and Meagher Architects since 2005, making a number of one-off items of furniture for use in private houses designed by the practice.

These are generally made-to-measure pieces, such as dining tables, sideboards, coffee tables, kitchen units, tv cabinets and built-in units, designed to compliment the house they are intended for, and made from quality hardwoods such as oak or walnut.

We continue to enjoy working with Deanery Furniture because they are able to take our designs and bring to them their experience and craftsmanship to make high quality, durable pieces of furniture. The furniture which they have made has, without exception, been well received by our clients.

Above all, they are very good people to work with.

Neptune Kitchens

"After visiting several Kitchen Showrooms in Galway and Dublin, a link on the website for Neptune, prompted us to visit Deanery Furniture in Shinrone. It soon became apparent from talking with Trevor and Mark and viewing their extensive range of Kitchens and furniture, we were in the right place!

We always felt that that a be-spoke kitchen would be out of our price range but after viewing several models, we decided that the Neptune represented good value for money and more importantly, unlike cheaper mass produced models, we would not need to change it after a few years.

However, what made the experience even better was the personal touch which Deanery managed to afford us. As they are a small family business who really understand and appreciate customer values, we were able to change our minds on several occasions without ever feeling under pressure.

The 2 boys delivered and fitted the kitchen within a few days and were able to recommend other items of furniture which may compliment these units.They even left us with a spare can of Neptune paint in case of scuffs. If like me, your wife is easily tempted by luxurious interiors, then you may find that she will be seduced by other items in the showroom so just be prepared to part with more than you had hoped!
